Fellowship and learning activities

Bible study groups

You are encouraged to join a weekly (or fortnightly) Bible study group. Some groups are held at the church site during the day; others are held in the homes of parishioners in the evening. For more information about any of these groups, contact Rev Karl Przywala.

A weekday Men’s Bible Study group meets in the Blue Room on Tuesdays, 10:00 – 11:30 am. Contact David if you’d like more information about this group.

A weekday Ladies’ Bible Study group meets in the Club Room on Tuesdays, 10:00 – 11:30 am. Contact Sue if you’d like more information about this group.

The EQUIP Course involves study of Preliminary Theological Certificate (PTC) subjects offered flexibly through Moore Theological College (Sydney).

For more information about the EQUIP Course, contact Rev John Arnold.

Sunday morning teas and supper

Join us for morning tea in the Church Hall following the 8:30 am and 10:30 am Sunday services or for supper in the Club Room following the 6:30 pm Sunday service.

Church library

The church library is open in the Church Hall after the Sunday morning services on the first and third Sunday of the month. The library includes a wide range of books and DVDs suitable for both adults and children. Borrowing is free of charge.

For more information contact Dorothy H.

Quilting and Craft Group

Come along and join our friendly Quilting and Craft Group every second and fourth Tuesday between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, in the Church Hall. We begin with a cuppa and then work on our projects as we fellowship together. Bring along your projects and supplies and bring a friend. We would love to see you there. For more information, contact Dorothy Gillett.

A Pleasant Saturday Afternoon

This activity is held in the Church Hall between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm on the fourth Saturday of each month. Most attendees enjoy playing a game or two of Mahjong, with Joan, an experienced Mahjong player, on hand to teach and encourage anyone wanting to learn. Other games such as Scrabble and Bridge are also offered. Our fun time together includes fellowship over a mid-afternoon cup of tea or coffee and some goodies.

The group welcomes newcomers. You don’t have to be a regular attendee or even have to stay for the 3 hours. For more information contact Allan Sauer.
